An organisation founded on complementarity

Tuiga’s crew brings together complementary profiles in service of the yacht. It draws on the experience of the onboard leadership, the involvement of Yacht Club de Monaco members and a collective dynamic built over the course of sailings, training sessions and regattas. The onboard leadership oversees the preparation of the yacht, safety on board and the proper execution of manoeuvres. Its experience ensures the continuity of the know-how required to sail a classic yacht. Members of the Yacht Club de Monaco also take part in life on board. This involvement makes Tuiga a yacht of transmission, where the practice of classic sailing is rooted in experience, learning and sharing. Season after season, this organisation gives rise to a close-knit team founded on trust, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
